Request Data Deletion

Your privacy and control over your personal information are important to us. If you decide to stop using Digs, you have the right to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from our databases.

Before you submit a data deletion request, please consider the following:

  • Irreversible Action: Once your data is deleted, the action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, and all your data will be irretrievably removed from our systems.
  • Data Review: If there’s specific data you would like to review or download before deletion, please do so from your account settings or contact support at hello@digs.company.
  • Account Cancellation: Your account will be closed, and you will be logged out from all devices upon the completion of the data deletion process.
  • Restoration: Should you choose to use Digs again in the future, you will need to create a new account, as your previous data and account preferences will not be recoverable.
