These Digs Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (the user) and Digs Company (“Digs”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Digs platform, which includes mobile applications, websites, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Notice. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind the business and agree on its behalf.
Digs is a home maintenance platform that connects Homeowners with Home Services Businesses (“Businesses”). We provide software to manage scheduling, estimates, communication, and payments.
Businesses understand and agree that Digs does not guarantee payment for services performed. Digs only disburses funds to Businesses once payment has been successfully collected from the Homeowner. If the Homeowner fails to pay, the Business agrees that Digs is not financially liable for the unpaid amount. In such cases, the Business retains the right to pursue payment directly from the Homeowner, but may not hold Digs responsible for reimbursement.
Businesses may receive service requests from Homeowners through the App. Businesses are responsible for timely response and service fulfillment.
Businesses invited and accepted into the DBN may be matched with new Homeowners. Membership can be revoked at our discretion.
Digs charges a 15% commission on services delivered to customers first introduced via Digs. The fee is deducted from the Business’s Digs Balance.
Digs acts as the Business’s limited payment agent. We receive, process, and disburse payments on your behalf. You authorize Digs to hold, receive, and transfer funds as needed to complete payment processing.
Balances can be transferred to a verified bank account connected to your profile.
You can request services and view/approve estimates via the App.
Digs does not currently charge a fee to Homeowners for accessing the App. However, Digs may apply a service fee or credit card processing fee to transactions initiated through the platform. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of payment.
We reserve the right to update or introduce service fees, processing fees, or platform usage charges at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and reflected in these Terms.. All service pricing is provided by the Business. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future.
Annual plans automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Customers will receive a reminder before renewal and their default payment method will be charged accordingly.
If a payment is declined or fails, Digs reserves the right to suspend services until payment is resolved. We may retry failed payments using automated billing logic. Continued non-payment may result in service termination and referral to collections.
Digs coordinates service between customers and independent providers. We do not directly perform services and are not liable for the performance, timeliness, or quality of work by third-party vendors.
Services may vary by location. Digs does not guarantee availability of all services in every area. We reserve the right to reject or defer service requests in regions with insufficient vendor coverage.
By using the Digs platform, you authorize us to charge your payment method for approved estimates or completed services. Charges may be processed:
In-app payment requests may be sent to you for approval. Approval is not required for services that were fulfilled per your plan or agreement.
If you have a concern with a service, contact support@digs.company within 24 hours of completion. Refunds may be considered case-by-case. After 24 hours, charges are final unless Digs determines service was not properly rendered.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid services rendered. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Digs may result in account suspension.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Digs to charge it. You also authorize refunds, adjustments, or credits to be processed back to your account when applicable.

You are responsible for applicable taxes. Any legally required withholdings or remittances are your obligation unless otherwise noted.
By creating an account, you consent to receive emails, texts, and push notifications related to your account and services. Standard carrier charges may apply.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. Businesses must be legally registered in the U.S.
You retain ownership of content uploaded to Digs but grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display it as part of the Service.
Digs monitors for fraud. We may freeze accounts or delay payments if fraud is suspected, and will cooperate with authorities as needed.
Report any account or billing issues to hello@digs.company within 30 days. We will investigate and respond accordingly.
We may freeze or withhold funds in response to subpoenas, garnishments, or legal requests from authorities.
Annual plans are binding for the full 12-month term and cannot be canceled mid-cycle for a refund. You may request to cancel future renewals at any time, effective at the end of your current term. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment.
All disputes must first be submitted to Digs with an opportunity to resolve informally. Binding arbitration will apply unless otherwise prohibited.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
